5-year integrated Law course (B.A. LLB/B.Com LLB/ B.Sc. LLB/BBA LLB)
Become a member of the State Bar Association and pass the AIBE of Bar Council of India
Practice for a minimum of 3 years at the Bar (Experience as Government advocate preferable)
Assistant Public Prosecutor exam conducted by various State Public Service Commission

Class 10 with any subjects
Class 11-12 in any stream
Bachelors in any subject
LLB
Become a member of a State Bar Association and pass the AIBE OTar Council of India
Practice for 3 years at the Bar Experience as Government advocate preferable)
Assistant Public Prosecutor Exam conducted by various State Public Service Commission

Class 11-12 in any stream

Become a member of the State Bar Association and pass the AIBE of Bar Council of India
